A five-day immersive retreat in the mountains of Andalusia — where structure meets absolute freedom. Held in the Andalusian mountains, in a temple-like sanctuary nestled in the hills above Marbella, Spain, this retreat is a complete journey back to yourself.
You'll be nourished by extraordinary vegetarian food, held by the beauty of nature, and guided through daily Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, breathwork, ecstatic dance, sound meditation, and sacred ceremony — each element woven together to bring you home to the full aliveness that is already yours.
What we are really seeking is something deeper — the ability to return to our lives feeling present, focused, and fully inhabiting ourselves.
Without an inner foundation, even joy slips through our fingers.
We begin with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga — the most sacred architecture for building inner core strength, a strong nervous system, and a clear mind.
From that foundation, we cleanse the vessel through breathwork, liberate the body through ecstatic dance, and through sound meditation, descend into the subconscious — to meet ourselves at depth, with courage and full acceptance.
Divinely empowered to live this life unlimitedly. Strong and free. Structured and alive. Fully present, even in the dream.
Each modality is a doorway into the next — yoga, breath, dance, sound — woven together so the practice meets you wherever you are.
Every element here — structure, movement, breath, sound, dance — these are the exact elements that brought Julia to receiving her own life fully. Together they weave the four pillars of real transformation: structure, joy, freedom, and truth.
Not a sweet, comfortable version of growth — but a real one. From that truth we rise — back into our highest selves, back into the full voltage of this life.
Over five days in the Andalusian mountains, you'll receive:
Julia Grant-Scott is a sound and embodiment artist carrying heritage from the vast lands of Central Asia. Originally from Kazakhstan, she often reminds that "the lotus grows from mud" — as life led her through plenty of it. This very ground became the foundation for her own transformation.
Her journey weaves together Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, dance, breathwork and sound — each one shaping her relationship with life and deepening her presence. Today, Julia creates immersive spaces for those who are ready to meet themselves fully — through the discipline of the body, the intelligence of the breath, the liberation of movement, and the prayer of sound. Not as separate practices, but as one unified path back to yourself.
She shares sacred sound journeys that are less about performance and more about prayer — spaces where people can reconnect with their higher self and remember their connection with the divine. She will hold space together with multidimensional musician Bart Palyga.
Julia is lovingly called Brahmama, inspired by the Indian concept of Nada Brahma — "Sound is God, and God is Sound." A name that holds both reverence and playfulness, much like the work she offers.
Julia's work is for those who are ready to listen — not just with their ears, but with their whole being.
Jac Høja is an internationally acclaimed cellist based in Los Angeles. His music moves between the classical and the transcendent — a sound that opens space in the body before a single word is spoken.
On this retreat, Jac will offer live cello concerts and sound journeys inside spaces that carry the memory of the land.
Rae Roots is an ashtanga yoga teacher and practitioner who will be assisting, and offering Roots Flow. She helps women honour their wisdom through asana and pranayama, and helps them connect with their inner strength, intuition and rhythm.
This retreat is a complete experience designed to bring you back to aliveness — through structure, joy, freedom, and truth. The only invitation is this: come fully present, ready to participate in your own becoming.
