A deep immersion into yoga, sound, and the full experience of being human. Six days of bold, authentic, unapologetic aliveness — held inside a beautiful mansion in the golden fields of western Poland as October wraps the world in warmth and colour.
This is not a retreat where you sit quietly and behave. This is a space where real people show up fully — to touch, to dance, to sing, to sweat, to laugh, to cry, to connect. Delicious food. Live cello. Deep yoga. Honest human beings. Nothing less.
Efficient. Productive. Quietly longing for something more. Something longer. Slower. Deeper.
This retreat is a full-on experience of authentic human connection. No performance. No hiding. No careful distance between people.
We begin each day by building structure from within — strengthening the body, steadying the nervous system, clarifying the mind.
From that foundation, we open — through breathwork, through self-realization, through the wild liberation of ecstatic dance, and through the deep medicine of sound.
Here we engage — with the practice, with the music, with each other. Every evening, we gather around a table of extraordinary food and we celebrate the simple, radical fact of being alive together.
Each modality is a doorway into the next — yoga, breath, dance, sound — woven together so the practice meets you wherever you are.
A live cello concert in the heart of the Polish countryside, inside a space made sacred by six days of practice, presence, and real human love.
Long, Slow, Deep is not a concept. It is a lived experience. And you will feel it in every cell of your body.
Over six days at Turkusowa Wyspa, you'll receive:
Julia Grant-Scott is a sound and embodiment artist carrying heritage from the vast lands of Central Asia. Originally from Kazakhstan, she often reminds that "the lotus grows from mud." Her journey weaves together Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, dance, breathwork and sound — each one shaping her relationship with life and deepening her presence.
Today, Julia creates immersive spaces for those who are ready to meet themselves fully — through the discipline of the body, the intelligence of the breath, the liberation of movement, and the prayer of sound.
Julia's work is for those who are ready to listen — not just with their ears, but with their whole being.
Jac Høja is an internationally acclaimed cellist based in Los Angeles. His music moves between the classical and the transcendent — a sound that opens space in the body before a single word is spoken.
To hear Jac play is to remember something essential about being alive.
This is a retreat for those who are done with the surface. Who want to feel the full depth of what yoga, sound, breath, and genuine human connection can do — held inside one of the most beautiful spaces in western Poland, as the golden fields of October surround you.
