Return to your life feeling
rooted, nourished & quietly alive.
Four days.
Ten people.
One extraordinary place.
The last heat of summer. The first breath of stillness.
And this August, something else: a full moon rising over the fields.
August is ripening. The fields are golden, the evenings are long and warm, and somewhere deep inside you — something is asking to slow down. To land. To come back to what is real.
Nestled in the quiet landscapes of the Żuławy region — where grasses whisper, the earth smells of warm rain, and time moves differently — this is a retreat for those who want to feel everything. The warmth of the sun on skin. The silence between notes. The deep release that only nature and genuine practice can bring.
"This is not a retreat from life.
This is a retreat back into it."
Four days. Ten people. No compromise on beauty, nourishment, or depth.
Named after the elements — Lignum (wood), Ventus (wind), Solis (sun), Terra (earth), Flumen (river) — each space here is a meditation in itself. Resinous scents of old timber. Clay walls the colour of the earth. Glass walls that let the sky come inside. And this August, a full moon to bathe the fields in silver.
Rain-washed timber. Clay walls. Linen robes. Glass walls open to fields and sky. Western terraces for sunset watching. A long table for shared meals. The smell of warm earth after rain.
This is contemporary Polish architecture at its most soulful — a private estate where old wood weathered by wind and time meets handcrafted details and the kind of quiet you can only find when fields stretch all the way to the horizon.

The food here is the final piece of the ceremony. A resident chef brings contemporary Polish fusion cuisine to the table — rooted in local, seasonal ingredients, elevated with craft and intention.
Think wild herb broths, slow-fermented rye, river fish with meadow flowers, and desserts that taste like the end of summer itself. Every meal is an event.

Sound and embodiment artist. Originally from Kazakhstan — carrying the heritage of the vast lands of Central Asia. "The lotus grows from mud." This very ground became the foundation for her own transformation.
Her journey weaves together Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, dance, breathwork and sound — each one shaping her relationship with life and deepening her presence.
Today, Julia creates immersive spaces for those who are ready to meet themselves fully — through the discipline of the body, the intelligence of the breath, the liberation of movement, and the prayer of sound. Not as separate practices, but as one unified path back to yourself.
"Julia's work is for those who are ready to listen — not just with their ears, but with their whole being."
She is lovingly called Brahmama, inspired by Nāda Brahma — "Sound is God, and God is Sound."
