A six-day immersive retreat on the sun-drenched island of Sardinia — where the Mediterranean calls you back to yourself. Held at Sole Ruju, nestled in the hilly landscape just twenty minutes from Olbia and moments from the Costa Smeralda, this is a rare gathering of ten souls ready to go deeper.
Daily Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, breathwork, sound, nature immersion, and the kind of communal joy that only happens when the right people meet in the right place.
The summer is at its peak — the heat still in the earth, the sea warm and clear, the light golden and generous.
It is the perfect moment to pause. To step out of the rush, and come home to yourself.
Each day begins with the precision of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga — structuring the body, steadying the breath, and quieting the noise of the mind.
Through movement, breathwork, and the prayer of sound, we soften what has hardened and remember what it feels like to inhabit the body fully — present, awake, and alive.
Through nature, breath, music, and deep time together, we remember what it feels like to be fully, radiantly alive.
A conscious reclaiming of your capacity to live this life on your own terms.
This is not a fleeting high. Daily yoga, breath, and sound weave into a practice you can carry home — a steadier, more embodied way of moving through your life.
"Come home to the body, and you come home to yourself."
Over six days at Sole Ruju, you'll receive:
€850 covers the full programme and 6 shared meals — a welcome dinner plus daily brunch. Dinners are otherwise self-catered.
Accommodation is separate — you arrange your own stay nearby. Airbnbs in the area start from around €30 per night.
Julia Grant-Scott is a sound and embodiment artist carrying heritage from the vast lands of Central Asia. Originally from Kazakhstan, she often reminds that "the lotus grows from mud" — as life led her through plenty of it.
Her journey weaves together Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, dance, breathwork and sound — each one shaping her relationship with life and deepening her presence. Today, Julia creates immersive spaces for those who are ready to meet themselves fully — through the discipline of the body, the intelligence of the breath, the liberation of movement, and the prayer of sound.
Julia's work is for those who are ready to listen — not just with their ears, but with their whole being.
Six days in Sardinia. The sun. The sea. The practice that actually changes things. This is a rare gathering — intimate, intentional, and designed for those ready to slow down, breathe, and come home to themselves. The only ask: come with your whole self.
